How Rentals Work

Tours: are $50. However, that $50 can go towards your rental, should you decide to rent.

1) Read this page and submit the rental form below.

2) We’ll follow up with you by email to answer any additional questions and check the availability of the dungeon on your requested dates.

3) For overnights, pay the emailed $150 deposit invoice (for hourly rentals it’s a $125 deposit plus a refundable $50 cleaning fee): Once your reservation date/time has been selected, we will email you a $150 invoice that can be paid by credit card. Please note that your reservation is not secured until your deposit has been paid.

4) We send you a confirmation email with all the details: Upon payment of the invoice, you’ll receive a confirmation email that lets you know: that we received your deposit, the amount due upon your arrival, the date, time, and duration of your rental as well as the address of the dungeon, tips for parking and who to call upon your arrival. Cancelations require 72 hrs notice to receive a full refund. 

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

This site is secure, your contact information be not be shared, and we will not add you to any mailing lists. If you have additional privacy concerns please us know and Sophia or Cara will contact you directly.

Payment

Deposits must be paid with a credit card online.

If there is still a balance due, you may pay that by credit card prior to your arrival or by cash upon your arrival at the dungeon. Charges show up as “CDR Studios” on your credit card statement.

Reservations and Deposits 

A $150 deposit ($100 toward your rental cost & refundable $50 cleaning deposit) is required to reserve your rental date.

We will email you an invoice through PayPal that you can pay by credit card (you do not need to have a paypal account). Charges show up as “CDR Studios” on your credit card statement.

Rental Options

We have two rental locations: CDR Logan Square and CDR West Loop.  Our Logan Square facility is a 1,900-square-foot multi-room play space with limited free private parking, and it is available to both first-time renters and returning renters. Our West Loop is in the West Town/Noble Square neighborhood of Chicago and is a smaller studio space. It is only available to returning renters and at Sophia’s discretion.

Both locations are available to rent by the hour. At CDR Logan Square, you have the option to rent either just one playroom by the hour or the entire dungeon by the hour.

CDR Logan Square is also available for overnight rentals and features a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Rental Rates:

Logan Square (available to new and returning renters)

  • $125/hr for one playroom. Professional Mistress may inquire about a lower hourly rate.
  • $175/hr for the entire dungeon (two playrooms plus domestic area/bedroom) 
  • Overnight (7pm-11am), entire dungeon (two playrooms plus domestic area/bedroom) $550

West Loop (available to returning renters only and at Sophia’s discretion)

  • $175/hr for the entire dungeon. Professional Mistress may inquire about a lower hourly rate.
